All applicants who would like to register as suppliers to the HSRC may submit their business profiles along with the following forms:

Supplier questionnaire forms
SBD 2 (Tax Clearance Certificate)
SBD 6.1 - BEE profile (Preferential points claim)

The business profile must include a copy of your ID, and three contactable referees. In the case of service providers, please indicate how long the business has been operating. Consultants should include an up-to-date CV. Completed applications should be sent to:
